Accel IT Academy offers its students the services of its non-commercial placement cell, which taps job opportunities with leading companies.  The centralized placement cell at Chennai maintains a real time cache of information on prospective employers and matches their requirement from its data bank of students, categorized according to their skill sets and merits.  Many students have been absorbed by Accel Group's own divisions including the Customer Support Division, Systems Engineering Services, Test and Repair services, Office Automation, Networking and the Software Division.

Accel IT Academy's placement cell also prepares the students who have completed the program, with hand-on practical training through an Industrial Training module.  Another important value-add the Academy provides is the Personality Development Program, which all students are put through.  This program has been designed to develop their communication skills and overall personality with a special emphasis on succeeding in interviews.
