Accel Academy will help franchisees in setting up training Centres and running it as an attractive business. We will advise the potential Franchisees on resources & equipments required to set up and run the Centre, the investment required, cash flow statements showing expected ROI. The Academy’s guidance and assistance will extend from facilities design, courseware and placement support.

Role of AITA

• Implementation Consultancy
  AITA will provide Consultancy to all franchisees to establish AITA centres in the respective cities. This Consultancy includes the support provided in selecting a site, Interiors & furniture, training kits, equipments, advertisements and promotional activities.
• Brand name usage
  

  AITA is an established brand name in the field of IT education. Over the years AITA has developed brand equity and this will help the franchisee in establishing Centres. An AITA franchisee is entitled to use AITA brand in all respects for the promotion of business during currency of the agreement.

  AITA will provide full technical and administrative support to the franchisees for professionally managing AITA centers. The center will be fully managed and owned by the Franchisee with professional support from AITA.

• Press Releases:
  Major happenings in AITA are announced through regular press releases and IT journals in different languages throught out india.
• Affiliations:
  Build brand equity with latest tie-ups and affiliations.
• Technical training to the Faculty:
  AITA will provide training to Franchisee staff under the following two streams:
  A. Sales & Marketing training to the counselors and marketing team.
  B. Technical products training to the faculty.
  This training will also cover latest market trends in the subject and teaching methodologies.
• Examination:
  Centralized periodic examinations will be conducted for students of all franchisees. Certificates will be awarded based on performance showing the grades achieved by the students.
• Course Material:
  Latest upgraded course material will be issued to all registered candidates. Syllabi and material are constantly upgraded.
• Quality:
  An independent quality department will organize internal and external audits at all AITA centres to evaluate the system performances. Corrective measures shall be deployed to achieve best quality of education and training.
  • Quality assurance is maintained at every level of the franchises with effective control and correction procedures.
  • Uniformity in teaching procedures, technical outputs, course codes, syllabi, fee structures and student commitment is maintained.
• Placement:
  Accel IT Academy offers value added services to its students and alumni through non-commercial Placement Cell, which taps job opportunities in leading companies. The Centralized Placement cell at Chennai maintains a real time cache of information for prospective employers and matches their requirement from its data bank of students, catalogued according to skill sets and merits. Many students have been absorbed by Accel Group divisions which includes Accel Frontline Ltd., Accel Transmatic Ltd. etc. AITA also provides its students with On-Job Training, Personality Development Program and Technical Workshops etc.
• Partner Meetings:
  Periodical meetings will be conducted to review the entire education and training business in different regions to discuss about the facts, customer & management feedbacks and to overhaul the system to achieve the best results in future.
• Manpower Recruitment and Training Assistance
  AITA will extend all its support in recruiting manpower. The manpower recruited will be trained by AITA before starting services at the respective centres.
• Details of Courses
  AITA will provide the list of courses offered. The courses will be modified and inducted depending upon industry needs. If a franchisee feels that any particular course may augment revenue, then AITA will design the course and help the centre in launching the course., subject to feasibility.
• Library Recommendation
  A library will be maintained at each centre. The list of books will be provided to each AITA centre at the rates published from time to time.

What are we looking for in a potential franchisee?

1. AITA looks for the following skills in a potential business partner
   • Must be an entrepreneur with a passion to excel in the IT education industry.
   • Must have the necessary finance to invest in the venture.
   • Should be an individual having good local market knowledge and willing to devote time for business development.
2. AITA Franchisee investment will vary from Rupees 10 Lacs to 15 Lacs depending on the town/city. It would take approximately 30-45 days to start the operations of the centre from the time of signing the MOU. The Franchisee Agreement can be signed anytime after signing the MOU. All affiliation fees is to be paid at the time of signing the MOU and the security deposit by way of Bank Guarantee is to be submitted at the time of signing the Franchisee agreement.
3. The business partner can also use the existing setup to start operations provided the technical infrastructure requirements are met with and approved by AITA. In this case the initial investment can come down drastically.
4. We believe that as in any other business, the returns would depend on the marketing efforts put in and order fulfillment. A profitability of 25-40% can be achieved within a period of 12 months from the full commencement of the Centre as per our experience and the current market conditions.
